Design of a bathroom bin

Objective of the course is the design of an innovative product, starting from an existing object to be improved.
The chosen object is the bathroom bin, a product widespread and of daily use.
The intent of the plan is to resolve problematic found in waste bins currently on the market through the search for innovative technical solutions.
In most cases there are difficulties in using product linked to the low stability of its structure, resulting by the opening mechanism, mainly pedal.

The final product is designed to be comfortable and practical, functional and compact in a context mainly domestic.
For the launch of the product has been designed an ad hoc logo, in Ū is suspended, suggesting the unusual placement of MAŪI.
