Design for the beverage context

The design lab involved a project with a real customer, a startup that produces reusable cups for events.

The project consisted in the design of a new cup and three machines for the improvement and automation of the service.

The startup’s starting product includes a cup with a unique recognition system to be used and given back at the end of use.

In addition, the service is controlled by an app, which also has other functions.

To start designing, it has been imagined a context in particular, to grasp problems and possible needs.
